Bikram Yoga Sacramento is a completely different, challenging and fun way to get a complete body workout. The room is heated to 100 degrees, which allows muscles, ligaments and joints to stretch without injury. The heat and the 26 postures combine flexibility, strength and balance and all for deep changes in your body. You will be stronger, healthier and have a much more positive outlook!
